Terms and Waiver and Release of Liability
1. Acknowledgment of Risks: The undersigned acknowledges that the cleaning services provided by The Clean Hippie Company, LLC involve risks, which may include, but are not limited to, the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery that could result in personal injury, illness, or property damage. The Independent Contractor agrees to always carry liability insurance to protect their personal assets from any wrong doings or false accusations.

Release of Liability: The Client hereby releases The Clean Hippie Company, LLC, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs that may arise from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by The Clean Hippie Company, LLC.

3. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to remove or secure valuables, including but not limited to jewelry, art, and electronics, prior to the service. The Clean Hippie Company, LLC will not be liable for the loss of or damage to any personal property.

4. Damages: The Client agrees to notify The Clean Hippie Company, LLC within 24 hours of service completion of any damages or issues with the cleaning service provided. The Clean Hippie Company, LLC will not be responsible for any claims of damages not reported within this timeframe.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee: The Clean Hippie Company, LLC strives to provide the highest quality of service. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must contact The Clean Hippie Company, LLC within 24 hours to arrange for a re-cleaning of the specified area at no additional charge.
